Midalidare Hotel & SPA is located in the quiet village of Mogilovo, Stara Zagora region and can accommodate 70 people. It has 9 double rooms, 1 studio, 2 small apartments, 4 standard and 1 VIP apartment, as well as two guest houses, one of which is located on the territory of the winery itself.
The restaurant of Midalidare Hotel & SPA has a picturesque summer garden (60 seats) and a refined lounge (40 seats). The chef will surprise you with aromatic specials, and the experienced waiters will advise you on how to combine your dish with the right wine from the rich wine list. Here you will find a palette of wines served directly from the Midalidare Estate winery, as well as limited editions available only in the restaurant.
Midalidare Hotel & SPA offers a variety of wellness services. The spa has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and bar, as well as an infrared, Finnish and herbal sauna, a Roman bath and a hammam.
The tour "Following the road of the wine" in the winery Midalidare Estate demonstrates the technology of wine production. Guests have the opportunity to see the fermentation and barrel rooms, as well as to taste 8 different wines from the area.
